Probably, but IMO getting to showdown cheaply on the flush river is not that bad either. If you feel pretty strongly like you are good, pop it all in. If you feel "wtf" with his river bet, then your call is fine.

1. He's sandwiched between two opponents which isn't good

2. This board is very drawy

3. He has a good draw himself so betting himself out of the hand would be a sin.

edit: and I probably play it the same and then hate myself for it when I see villain just has a king.

c-betting on flush drawing broadway flops into multiple opponents is generally bad.
