Default 5/10 AJ in BB 3-way

CO is 45/17/2; BTN is 48/20/1.5
The button's cold call took me out of my 3 bet....

PokerStars 5/10 Hold'em (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Preflop: Hero is BB with J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
2 folds, CO raises, Button calls, 1 fold, Hero calls.

Flop: (6.40 SB) 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero checks, CO bets, Button calls, Hero folds.

i think i'd rather see a c/c on the flop and a c/f on the turn UI?

I don't think it matters much. I don't think you have good immediate odds, but if you consider the chance of a free card you might justify peeling. You could also be currently ahead, although the chance of it being best and holding up and not getting bluffed out are pretty slim.

Closing the action against a steal raise with a cc I will call. But I suspect its not a huge +EV play.

I 3-bet pf btw.

I 3bet pf too, and I don't think folding the flop is a negligable mistake.

The pfr has a pretty wide range opening in the CO. Although initiative can be overrated when oop vs. a Lag, I personally tend to value my preflop equity more and not less when there's two opponents. When a 48/20 guy coldcalls he has cheese.
