Default So what is my worst case scenario here?

I've been playing online poker for awhile and having built up a nice roll at party haven't deposited since the bill, due to time constraints and a little apprehension. Never had a FTP account and the new promo is way juicy so assuming I deposit what is the worst thing that can happen? In the bigger picture what can actually be done to a player for using funds for poker? Bank account freeze? Money seized? I mean we're talking 500$ here so I would assume I'm hardly the fish they want to fry.

The new legislation does not target the player nor incriminate playing poker. We are the victims. Your money is safe.

This is not legal advice, however.
