Default QQ on king high flop against good floater

villain is 22/13/4.7 with AFs 7.33 on the turn and 9.00 on the river. He seems very good and definately better than me and keeps /pwning me with position when he senses weakness from me. I would raise with good hands that turned mediocre due to the board and if he sensed weakness from me on tough board, he would float and push on the river and it seems like he did it 2-3 times prior to this hand.

I basically wanted to see a cheap show down, but like before, he wouldn't let me. I have to fold right?

I would put him on AK , And this is a bad flop for you. You could try to represent AA ofcourse.

Don't get confused here. He may have floated you earlier and maybe you don't react correctly against a floater. But here he raised a limer and then called your reraise. The likely holdings he could have are: AA, KK, JJ, TT, 99, AK. You loose against most of them, so you should be done with your hand this time. Be patient and look for better spots to play against that floater.
His earlier floating gives him extra benefit, because it sets you on a little tilt. Your call of his turn bet and your imagination that he is floating again gives him extra profit in this hand!

against this kind of villain, i like a flop bet (and with the right dynamic, i might call a push).

you induced him to bluff on the turn and river, and you know he's capable of doing it. river is close.

i think he could very well have either of those two on a slowplay, with AA the more likely of the two.

Pot control is fine but difficult oop. You really set yourself up for a lot of hard decisions here. If you don't lead the flop, lead the turn. But lead! You reraised him preflop! And if he floated you in the past, he knows that you are more likely to be scared of the K than not. You are inviting him to make a bet and you don't set the price. The river is close but to make things worse, the flush came in, too. So I fold here.
