Can my fiance claim me as a dependant?

I am doing my fiance's taxes on TurboTax online and it seems like my fiance is able to claim me as a dependant. Is that possible and legal?
I was in school all last year and only have $1746 as income from my summer job. I used student loans and ***** for additional income.

Can she claim me and will I have any problems?

If she provided for at least ½ of your living expenses throughout 2006 and you forgo claiming yourself yes she can.
