There has been prior discussion and it was determined that links to that site should not be posted, as the offer is illegal... and at the moment is it nothing more than affiliate spam...

I guess I'm behind the times.

I'll search for the prior discussion.

It seems strange that sites would be endorsing this if it is, indeed, illegal.

As far as I am aware, all previous discussion has been deleted from the forum (or moved to the Mod forum), based on the reasoning I summarized above...

you dont have to repost links, just say why offer is illegal. And also illegality notwithstanding, how is this not logistically feasible, i.e. donk sends them money, next day donk is playing at fulltilt?

I mean internet poker in general has been in a gray area, now this site might allow fish to return, I dont know that its the right time to get nitty about 'spam'

Maybe soon we will not be able to even talk about online poker on these forums.

I don't think the sites are endorsing it.

Per their site you can play at many sites throught them including Full Tilt, Poker Stars, Full Contact, Absolute, etc.

Seems if the sites had an issue with them they wouldn't allow their affiliation.
