If he has AA then this is a fold. I'll guess that his range is a lot broader than this, and he may well be steaming. I'd lean towards raising.

Jordie, most likely if he's solid, then you probably did the right thing by going with your read. But, I agree with Andy. Most solid players also know how to make a move on you & don't need split A's to raise with an ace in the door.
