question from some random IQ test....

not sure if this is the right forum or not as I've never posted anything non-poker related on 2+2 before, so feel free to move/ delete if neccesary....

ok, so I took some random IQ test this morning and got stuck on the following question....

Jack likes 400 but not 300, likes 100 but not 99, and like 3600 but not 3200.

which of the following numbers does Jack like?
A) 900
B) 1000
C) 1100
D)1200


if anyone figures this out, please let me know.... I think I'm halfway through, but will post what I did this so people have the option to not read it if they want to work it by themselves....
