Default Blackjack (the phone)

I'm leaning towards going withe the Blackjack phone from Cingular. Anyone have any experience with this phone? I'm also considering the Cingular Sync, but it's not as sexy as the BJ.

First off, I want a good pure phone - good sound, intuitive features. Second, I want some good web browsing capabilities. I'm not really concerned with downloading company email, or even using much email from the phone in general. So if there are other phones to consider - prefereably Cingualar - let me know.

I don't have it but everything I've read about it has been very positive.

Beat: Cingular

They don't follow up on anything, and have terrible customer service. I had a problem with my phone and called them 2 times a week for 3 months and finally solved my own problem that should have been obvious to them. They gave me a G3 sim card and the phone wasn't a G3 compatible phone.

I have it, what kind of questions do you have about it? I'm very happy with it generally. They keyboard keys are a little small would be my only complaint but it's not too big of a deal.

How is the web browsing? Is it "real" web browsing, or do get text versions of websites.

The web browsing is real, but they also have text versions of sites like Yahoo that don't require you to download much. I have a certain abount of MB I can download every month, so I don't use it for just surfing the web aimlessly. But yeah all the sites are real, you have an address bar and you can type in any site you want.

Co-worker just got it. Loves it. The screen is really nice and it has 10000000 features. Just buy the extra memory.

Yes, get the extra memory and you have a fully working mp3 player. You need a micro sd card, which are getting really cheap these days.
