So you're one of the guys who open limps in 6max. How's that working out for ya? Fold/raise PF. Lean towards folding against blinds who won't fold.

Hey Dink. Except for some bizarre scenarios, you should never be open limping in a shorthanded game. Go get some good 2+2 books and study preflop theory. Playing online without knowing the fundamentals is just giving your money away.

Postflop: The villains most likely hand is some unpaired garbage. Do you want a 6 outer to draw against you for free? Of course not. So bet the flop and watch the villain fold and play the next hand.

Based on your post Dink, I dont think you should be playing this high of a limit online at this time. You have a lot of work/studying to do and if I were you I would start at the micro limits like .02-.04 and learn cheaply.

thanks,

I never used to do this, just a bad habit I have developed lately.

I knew this was a shocking hand and I just wanted to get thrashed for my crap play.

I hope I am not really that terrible a player.

back to SSHE for thye 4th time

Dont read SSHE for 6max. Read the articles on this site for 6max.

Raise/fold preflop, without stats on the blinds tendencies against steal attempts i fold this. I would say you need to have a decent shot at just taking down the blinds to go ahead with this.
Bet the flop if you do go ahead, against a checkraise I fold this and move on. If he calls we can assume we're beat more often than not. Take the free card on the turn and fold the river if you dont improve.
