I called the Neteller VIP phone number and they answered in less than 1 minute.
He said there is no reason not to withdraw everything right now via EFT, but it might take up to 2 weeks to receive it.

Their excuse for this delay is the volume of transactions. Anyone who knows anything about ACH payments and transfers knows that this is nonsense. Someone at www.therx.com who has inside knowledge is saying that the bank that takes care of NT's transactions is no longer dealing with them. I believe this is the National Bank of Canada.

I am also wondering if the arrests of the founders led to some agreement to get everyone to withdraw, and then they report that information to the IRS to compare to peoples tax returns.
I have no worries on this front since I reported everything, but I am sure others should be worried about this.

I just did an ATM withdrawal that was confirmed in a few minutes. I have a pending ACH from less then 24 hours ago that says confirmed although it may have been processed after my bank's closing time. Others are reporting the same thing.

Is there any reason for us non US people to be concerned at all about having funds in neteller? It seems like its business as usual, but should I be withdrawing to be on the safe side?
