Default NL25: Two pair facing flop push

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Button ($29.40)
SB ($25.45)
BB ($27.85)
UTG ($24.75)
MP ($25.15)
Hero ($52.40)

Preflop: Hero is CO with A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP raises to $1</font>, Hero calls $1, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>.

Flop: ($2.35) 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">MP bets $1.75</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $5</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP raises to $24.15</font>, Hero calls $19.15.

Thoughts? I realize that top and bottom pair isn't really a powerhouse, but even against a range of (33,77,AA,AQ+,A7) I have something like 45% equity. All good?

On this board, our main concerns are 77 and AA. And, given that we hold an ace (and a 3), even if we throw 33 into the mix, that's just 5 combos.

A7 isn't out of the question, and I'm not sure I'd be thrilled by Villain's flop push, but I'm thinking Villain will have a big ace a lot of the time. So I'd be calling the push and hoping I'm ahead and Villain won't spike his kicker and my hand won't get counterfeited.

He probably has a flush draw or a big ace. This is another situation were I hate these hi/lo Ace 2p. He might have AA. If he does I pay him off I guess.

So I call..Your ahead of too much to fold.

This is all fine, throw in some random diamond draws and the money's going in.
