Bubble Trainer Settings

What settings do you all recommend practicing with? Or is it more-so an individual thing that is different for everyone?

I'd just practice with random but the Bubble Trainer doesn't visually differentiate between the 100/200 and 100/200 A25 levels.

'm guessing something like practicing 4 handed with blinds from 100/200 to 200/400 A25 would be most beneficial.

When reviewing my tournaments, whatever situations I find myself making mistakes I set those in Bubble trainer and play a number of hands.
