Default Perfume: The Story of a Murderer

Perfume Trailers

This movie was amazing. The last thirty minutes of the movie is possibly the best ending of a movie ever made for your eyes and your mind. Wow. Please go see it. You will love it.

Seriously... I saw the script and thought it was awesome.

I'm glad you stopped by with your review.

BTW... no spoilers please, but how gory was it?

NY Times panned the bejesus out of this movie. Even downloaded it to my Tivo to make sure I didn't want to spend an afternoon looking up someone's nose.

Well I don't know if it ends like the book, but I felt the book's ending was quite retarded. It was a fascinating read though so I'm curious to see how the movie turned out.

I think it looks super intense in the previews. Super intense = potentially good . . . but fortunately I am already going to see The Holiday. Again!
edit: but thank you for the review, I will inevitably end up seeing it now.

Going in, I was afraid that the movie will be too gory for my taste, but I'm very glad to say that there is no blood, and the movie is done very artistically and not gruesome in any way.

One of the best movies this year imo. As for the ending, I definitely LOVED it, but I think ppl r either gonna HATE it or LOVE it. The guy who played the lead character (I dont know his name) was amazing. Great actor.
