Fold 2 pair here?
A$2/3 at aussie millions
9 handed hero has 8c 6h table is pretty deep stacked hero has $600 villain covers Villain = solid tight player, i have only seen him raise premier hands (TT-AA, Ak-At) he'll raise at from button/co but openly spoke out about how he doesnt raise AJ from early position, considering his small starting hand range for raising and our stacks, i was calling light hoping to hit hard and play for stacks. Pre-flop: 2 folds, villain raises to 13, 1 fold, hero calls, 2 folds, sb calls, bb folds. Pot 42 3 players Flop = Qh 8d 6c sb checks, villain bets 18, hero raises to 50 villain calls Pot 142 2 players Turn Ah villain checks, hero checks Pot 142 2 players River 2c Villain bets 70, hero??? Anyone laying down 2 pair here? AQ looks pretty likely holding for villain, but for 3:1 on the call its a pretty tough laydown. |

Re: Fold 2 pair here?
AQ is just one of many hands in his range. And most others you beat.
And he is not in EP. He is MP. 5th to act outta 9. So AJ is certainly not out of his range. Nor is KQs,A9s+,PP,and stretching QJs since he opened. You lose to a set/AQ. |

Re: Fold 2 pair here?
lol, this is closer to a raise than a fold, but is a clear call.
