Default Preflop decision - easy call or fold?

Villian is Gigabet, I haven't played with him much, but seems to be quite aggressive preflop. I've got $5K in front of me to start the hand and he covers... IMO, he's either got AK or KK here 90% of the time...

What were the stack sizes of UTG and UTG1. I think it matters if he is shoving for effectively 5k or 12,800.

You called of enough here that it's borderline to assume you're playing just for set value. He has to at least consider the possibility you won't fold QQ. Not to mention the guy that put in the reraise, AND the UTG raiser.

He's not screwing around here. I fold.

seems like a pretty easy fold to me, I'd say 90% AA/KK 10% AK 0% anything you're a nice favorite against

Yeah, stack sizes are very important here, but I think all those saying that it's at least AK are very wrong, and the responses in this thread indicate exactly why it doesn't need to be.
Who is he on FT, btw?

Kirk
