well, he is a lot more likely to have AA/KK/set/pr+gs that he's not folding for half pot/puts you on air often than he is to have called the flop just to fold the turn for half pot. there really is no reason for him to call the flop just to fold the turn since he has to expect you to push almost every time there. since when do re-raisers just c/f the turn for half pot in this spot ever?

Sure. why not? how much had you and the BB been squeezing, etc. i'm just saying this turn bet is most likely fully anticipated (often encouraged) by him, and I doubt he folds often. and you'll have 3 or 6 outs some of the time called, but i think you're drawing dead more often than he's folding. he has played his hand 100% consistently with a set, after all.

I dunno, he just didn't seem that tricky to me. And also, I hadn't been squeezing much, I think I did it twice before in the hour session. And man, isn't he pushing the implied odds a bit, if he makes this call with a small - medium pp?
