Default Steal attempt turns interesting..

How often do you think the short stack folds to a river bet here??


Absolute Poker
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $1/$2
4 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
UTG: $72.55
Hero: $446.05
SB: $313.95
BB: $79.35

Pre-flop: (4 players) Hero is Button with 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
UTG calls, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises to $10</font>, SB folds, BB calls, UTG calls.

Flop: Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($31, 3 players)
BB checks, UTG checks, Hero checks.

Turn: 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($31, 3 players)
BB checks, UTG checks, <font color="#cc0000">Hero bets $18</font>, BB folds, UTG calls.

River: 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($67, 2 players)

Don't know what you are trying to represent. If I'm going to bet the river, it'll have to be enough to make a J think twice about calling, somewhere around $50.

There are a lot of draws that missed though, so I can see why you might argue that $32 is enough to get those people to fold, but not enough to get a solid J to fold.

BB only had about 45 left.. seems to me sometimes when you put the shorties all in they call more often than when you bet a bit less, might be just bad thinking but... I kind of thought this line may represent QQQ

Fine turn bet, but i'd just check river. Its possible your hand is good if he had a draw, but unlikely you can get a better hand to fold, especially a short stack.
