PS VPP vs UB RB

I just moved up to 400NL, but have been playing 200NL as my regular game on UB for the past 2.5 months or so. However, 400NL at UB has godawful game selection. I love Stars and have hated not playing there because they have no RB program. However, at 400NL, it seems like I should be able to reach 'Nova within 4 months at my rate of play, and probably quicker if I push myself to play some more hands.

So...is sacrificing RB at UB worth the jump to Stars and its awesome game selection?
