what're you hoping to flop aside from a straight or two pr...it'll just get you into sticky and expensive situations on the flop

I'd definitely c/r this turn all-in. Your hand looks like diamonds and he's gonna bet turn a ton and call your c/r a lot too.

If you bet turn and he calls, no doubt you gotta value shove river. Worse two pairs call and so might some random aces.
