Default Calling a raise preflop

I was already in the pot as this was my first hand. I know calling the raise out of position was a major boo boo. My question is what hands are worth calling a raise with preflop?

I'll call with any pair from JJ-66 (i may reraise with JJ-99 depending on who the raiser is and what position I'm in).
As long as someone else has called the raise before me and i have position on the bettor i'll call with Axs, JTs-65s, J9s-64s. Is there any other hands I should be willing to call a raise with? What hands is it okay to call a raise with when its just you and the bettor and no one else has called the raise ahead of you?

Any pair. Sets play themselves from any position.

*Edit: Matrix makes a good point, stack sizes are very important when determining when to call a raise preflop.

from UTG I am only calling a raise with any pp or AK - and then only if villains stack gives me the implied odds I need.

When I have position I can call with any 2 or the same hands I use UTG depending on my reads, stack sizes, previous action, and who is left to act behind me....
