Need to import multiple-entry vcard into Outlook

I had a sony ericsson s710a phone, and i'm upgraqding to a blackberry pearl.

i exported my phone book off my s710a to my computer, but it is in .vcf format. outlook can only recognize vcards with one entry in it, so when I import it I only get the first entry

so i either need a program that can accept a multi-entry vcard, then export to a format outlook understands, or I need an easy way to split a file into many files after a certain string (:end vcard: or something like that).

Anyone?
