Converting Poker Office hands to the 2+2 format ?

I can't find a way to automatically convert Poker Office hands to the 2+2 format. Can someone tell me te easiest way how to take a hand out of the database and post it here ? Editing it by hand is a pain ! [img]/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]
