Default 10/20 Tough River Decision against E-Tyme

Ok this is 10/20 on FTP. E-Tyme has 1500, I cover. I have LAG image. We've been 3 betting some preflop, but nothing out of the ordinary. 6 handed

2 folds, I make it 70 in cutoff with 68cc. Villain calls button, which he did a lot. Heads up

Flop comes K 10 9 rainbow

I bet 120 and he calls.

Turn is a 5 spades, putting 2 spades out there.

Check, check.

River is a 7 spades. I bet 300, and he shoves. Question is, how often do you think he is bluffing here and how often do you think he holds the spades?

meh, haven't played with him; but I reckon you've got the call here. I wouldn't be surprised to see a flush ~40% of the time here though. Your river line looks like a blocking bet, so his shoving range could be farly large. QJ seems really unlikely, and if he's got the flush, just bitch about the runner runner cooler and reload.
