Keep getting removed from the Prima waiting list?

I keep getting removed from the Prima waiting list? This happens all the time, but not always. I have no idea what is causing it. does anyone know what is causing it so that I can avoid it? Thanks

It happens to me too and it's a glitch in their software. When you are on the waiting list and there is someone ahead of you, the list clears when the first person in line takes a seat and you have to get on the list again and hope your first.
