Default FTP 1/2 Algorithm

I know i shouldn't post here...but if i am dealt 2k hands at a series of 6 max 1/2 tables and my average preflop expectation is 13.07% for win (16.83% for win or tie) am i running cold, being cheated by FTP or crazy?

Over 2000 hands, I have been dealt what I deem to be "trash". The question is basically, am I getting cold decked? I am trying to determine if this is a statisical anomoly*, me being crazy, or something more sinister. So, I looked up the preflop win/tie % for every hand I was dealt(for example In a 6 max game, if UTG goes all in with AA and everyone calls, he should win or tie 49.8% of the time. If i were holding 26, the expecation is 10.2%).
My average preflop win/tie expectation over 2k hands was 16.8%. The math suggest it should be around 19.5%, meaning i should get better cards preflop.

my longesdt cold stretch is 18k hands (-3BB/100 during this stretch)...and Im a 2,0 BB/100 over 300k hands...
So 2000 hands is literally nothing.

FTP is rigged.

Adjust your play or play elsewhere.

With a random shuffle, it is essentially impossible to have starting cards with an average 16.83% win or tie probability over 2,000 hands.

The average win or tie probability in a six-handed game is 18.43% (if some of the games were less than six-handed, the average is even higher). The standard deviation of that is 5.89% per hand. Over 2,000 hands, the standard deviation falls to 0.13%. That means your 16.83% is more than 12 standard deviations below the mean, which is essentially impossible.
