Default Live 2/5 NL: AK UI facing river bet after a million draws missed

$200 stacks (40bbs) b/c buyin structure is the sucks.

Villain in this hand is very loose and bad, and is slightly aggressive but not a huge blufftard like the guy that appeared in two of the hands I posted today.

I have A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] in MP and raise to $30 behind villain's limp. We're HU to flop.

Flop ($60): Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
Villain checks, I bet $45, Villain calls.

Turn ($150): Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
Check-check.

River ($150): 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
Villain leads for $75, Hero...calls? Folds? I only have like $40 more behind, so I can't even minraise AI, which is something I thought about since the possibility of him "bluffing" with 88 and still winning at showdown is a possibility.

I edited OP to elaborate, but when a post ends in "Hero..." it's asking about what Hero does next.

just because you induced doesn't mean you have to call. his range for calling the flop is a lot of [censored] that beats you other than a draw. even if you called and won i dont think this is a very +EV call

oh and you can always try some gay [censored] in live poker like betting $2 to get to showdown, or betting $2 in position on the turn to showdown the river for free

EASY FOLD.
Esp, as you point out, that rAI is NOT an option.

Why try to be a hero calling down with Ahigh?
Reload and carry on to the next hand.

i snap call this if i check OOP but people are less likely to bluff OOP themselves - they like to when it's checked to them.

every draw did miss and with the top card paired he can't have any "two pair" hand so this is typically a donked up Qx/boat/air. i think it's air often enough to call, but it sucks the times he shows Tx or some middle pair and you get third leveled when your brilliant call turns his bluff into a valuebet.
