Default Looking for a tax guy

Mods, please move this if it's in the wrong forum.

I've been trying to find a tax specialist for 2006 taxes, but the ones I've spoken with seem completely lost about my situation. I work abroad, paid taxes overseas half the year, started a consulting agency (S corp) the second half (which I haven't paid any taxes for yet, but plan to, of course), and have poker winnings. I also have not been in the States at all in 2006. I am most likely a resident of Georgia, although the corporation was founded in Nevada and I last paid taxes in Wisconsin.

If any of you have advice on what I can do or know of a professional who can help, please PM me. I would prefer someone in the Atlanta area so that we can meet face-to-face in December or January, when I will be there. Alternately, though, I could do this via fax.

Thanks in advance for any help.
