Default 2k - JJ

Villain is regista8 on Party. 27/12 and as far I believe he plays pretty straightforward/passive for a 2k player. Agression only just over 2. 4 handed. Villain with $1915 and I cover.

Hero had J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] in BB.
Villain raises to $70 in CO (or UTG).
Hero raises to 240. Villain calls.

Flop: 9 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], T [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 8 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

What is your plan at this point?

I agree. His range is prob JJ+ T9s+ and AT+ honestly.

Even if you are behind to a bigger pocket pair, you have outs against anything except QJ. He might call with AT, getting it in here would be pretty decent.

Ok, I figured that part was pretty standard. Even against AA-88, big clubs, etc...I have like 35% equity on average. Just wanted to see if anyone considered any variations on flop.

Here is the interesting part. I bet $388 and he calls. Turn is ten. Pot is $1265 and he has like $1290 left. Thoughts?

His range w/ avg aggression and fairly tight stats: AQ, AK, 88-QQ almost never KK or AA: pot flop and if he raises you can decide to GAMBOOOL w/ ur OESD vs set/big draw... if dont wunt variance 3/4 pot fold to ray/shove...
