Default 1/2 NL, bluff river against a TAG 2+2er?

Villian is 18/14/2.5 over 617 hands. I figured this ace has to be a good card for me to bet? However, I am sort of worried that he's calling turn like that and checking river. Discuss.

don't post results, but yeah, its a great card to bet (and not a bad flop to bet either)
