Well I already know who some of the teams are so I won't vote. This isn't a bad way to go about it, but there are some obvious weaknesses.

No MOV/otherwise performance/based performance. Obviously W-L is the most important thing, but winning a lot of close games isn't the same as winning comfortably.

Also breaking it up into top 10/top 30 et al is somewhat arbitrary. Beating #11 and beating #30 are not the same thing. I don't know if that's an issue or not.

If USC wins out they deserve it. Beyond that, I'm not sure, other than ND doesn't.

Another thing is that some of those teams (USC, Arkansas, ND, Florida) all have games against Top 30/Top 10 teams. So someone's resume is getting much better.

I think I know who these teams are as well, so I won't vote.

I know that we all have our own biases, and I understand the point of this exercise...but it is hard to convince me that basing a vote on less information is a good thing.

Also, FWIW, Mike Greenfield claims that the teams whose schedules are rated #3 and #12 above actually should be rated #48 and #47 respectively.
