Tommy Morrison NOT HIV positive?

He says the test was a false positive. Wtf? He only took one test years ago when he was told he was positive? How is this possible? Wouldn'ty doctors treating him have made sure? Wouldn't subsequent blood tests to measure levels of various things have shown he was negative?

this story has tickled my curiosity. in one story they say it was a false-positive, in another they say he had HIV but his body stopped producing the anti-bodies, thus making him HIV negative. WTF is it? was the man ever HIV+ or what???

Is it possible that he was on medication that reduced the amount of the virus in his blood to imperceptible levels, similar to Magic Johnson? He would still be positive even if the virus were undetectable.

I really doubt that it is a coincidence that he fought in a state(WV) that does not require a blood test before boxing matches.

In my statistics class we did a problem that showed that if you test positive for HIV you have less then 50% chance of having HIV. Obviously this is on a single test... When you are retested and test positive its prettly likely you have the HIV.
