(27) AK on the button. Would be calling here more appropriate?
PokerStars Tournament, Big Blind is t50 (9 handed) Converter on pregopoker.com
UTG (t1510) UTG+1 (t740) MP1 (t1450) MP2 (t1400) Hero (t1605) CO (t1530) Button (t1710) SB (t1670) BB (t1885) Preflop: Hero is in MP3 with A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] UTG calls t50, UTG+1 raises to t100, MP1 folds, MP2 folds, Hero raises to t500 UTG is a solid regular and I put him on a small PP (he would have raised with QQ-AA, AK, AQ) UTG+1 is a donk with VPIP like 80% after 10-15 hands, I put him on *. The idea behind this raise was to isolate UTG+1 and to go allin preflop with him, because he plays everything. So what do you think? P.S. little brag: I'm currently #1 in sharkscope leaderboard any game 9-10 turbo $6-$15 average profit(have different name on stars). kinda nice |

With your read, your play seems fine. Against a regular opponent I would just call with position.

I'd re-raise but I hate the raise to 500. I'd raise to 350.
