XBox 360: NHL 2k7 or EA Sports NHL 07?

Best Buy Canada is selling NHL 2k7 for $30 and EA Sports NHL 07 for $50. Which one should I get? I think the reviews on IGN slightly favor NHL 2k7

07 has a crazy new control system that is sick. Features wise i believe 2k7 has it by a tad.

I played both a lot. Get 2k7. The skill stick novelty wears off in broken gameplay in about 5 games.

It allows for way more control than you've ever had in a hockey game before. NHL 07 ftw

I went with 2K7. Although EA's new stick control apparently does /pwn all, '07's lack of a season/playoff mode and its sub par online play (both were discussed at IGN.com) caused me to sway to the competition. Who knows though, I might end up buying '07 when the price drops.

Unfortunately, the sale was only in store for one day while the online sale was on for 2 so I won't get to play the game for at least another week.

At least on ps2, it has a season mode, but not a dynasty mode, which I think is still "WTF" worthy.

NHL 07 on 360 franchise mode has a major bug which really [censored] everything up. You can't release players. WTF?!?!
