It's pretty read dependent, some opponents like to make plays in reraised pots when the flop comes Ace high becuase they know your most likely hand is a big pocket pair. With no reads though, fold. You could also make a strong case for checking this flop.

I could go either way here. Any chance your opponent is doing this with a spade draw? If you had a read that he might be, then no, you don't fold. However, with no reads, you have to muck. As stated above, very read dependent and also history with this opponent matters quite a bit.
