going to be down for Friday & Saturday, and wanted to play a tournament. Saw there was a friday 6pm at Sams Town and a 11am Saturday at the Goldstrike. Anybody play in these before, which one would you choose?

Too bad you're not arriving a day early -- the Thursday 60/20/20 bounty +1k at the Grand is the best tournament in town.

If I were going to choose between the two you mentioned, make it the Friday Sam's tourney.

The Grand also has a 1 P.M. Saturday - $100 + $30. Had about 50+ players last weekend.

I've also played the Grand 1pm saturday/sunday freezout. It's decent. The times I played it was up around 80 players with a decent structure.

Horshoe's sunday 2pm is also good. You can enter late so if you bust out of the Grand 1pm early, you have plenty of time to drive over to the Shoe.
