Default Trick or treaters bitch thread

Is it normal to start trick or treating at 5 PM? I haven't even sat down for dinner and my wife hasn't come home with the candy yet. I recall going out around 6:30 or 7 at the earliest when I was younger. Anyone else surprised how early people are showing up this year?

I remember when I went out for trick or treating it was, you know, dark outside. And without my parents driving me to each house. Can't do that these days, I guess.

Remember, evil lurks in the dark and around every corner these days; at least, if you listen to the sensationalist media it does. This isn't the 50s when everyone was completely safe as long as they weren't black, Asian, American Indian, Middle Eastern or female.

I can't remember, but didn't the clocks use to get rolled back after Holloween instead of before?

If so, there is your answer...

I have no control over my porch light. I live in an apt complex and they are always on.

Man I can't believe you are bitching about the trick or treaters. I wish more would come to my apartment. I get a kick out of the costumes.
