Palace of Chance dishonesty
This post is to warn users of Palace of Chance operations. They offered me a 100% sticky bonus under bonus code BACKTOACTION. There is no playthrough requirement, as noted below in my copy of their ad rules. They also state 48 hour cashout. After depositing $100 and getting up to a balance of $330, they took a week to refuse my cashout request, stating that I did not meet the wagering requirements. I was told I must wager $2500. So I did, and was lucky enough to get my balance to $440. I then confirmed with live chat that I met the requirements. When I tried to cashout, they took another 4 days to refuse me, stating I needed to wager another $2500.
My take is that they are intentionally deceptive (to say the least). If you choose to use this site, I would proceed with great caution. Of the many casinos I have dealt with, I have never had such a blatantly dishonest experience. Earlier interactions with them were fine. Perhaps they don't intend to pay out any funds now, given the new internet gambling laws that are being passed. (Have any other US citizens successfully cashed out of PoC recently?) I hope my experience helps someone else. Good day to you all. Rules: This promotion is only intended for the customers who have not played during last 30 days. There is no play through on the bonus and no cashout restrictions. Bonus itself is non cashable and will be removed at the time of cashout processing. |

Re: Palace of Chance dishonesty
If you're not leaving anything out of the story, then that is REALLY shady and I feel bad for you man. Having a casino do this stuff is pretty much my worst nightmare. Go on over to casinomeister and log a complaint. He seems to be good at helping with these types of problems. Also check the affiliate site you signed up to the casino with and see if they could offer help.

Re: Palace of Chance dishonesty
That's the whole story. If others have had different experiences, I welcome their posts. My only intention is to alert others.
In fact, below is a correspondence with live chat, who told me I satisfied their requirements. (I astericekd my username for security.) Please wait for a site operator to respond. You are now chatting with 'Cassye' Cassye: Welcome to Palace of Chance. How may I help you today? *****: Hello. My account name is *****. Can you please verify for me that I have satisfied the wagering requirements to cash out? Cassye: Hi Cassye: one moment Cassye: now you do *****: Thank you for your help. Have a nice day. Cassye: my pleasure Cassye: you too :-) |

"Now you do" isn't really a yes. That is one crafty CS rep.

Re: Palace of Chance dishonesty
Why didn't you research this casino BEFORE depositing? They have a very long history of screwing over players.
In fact there is a HUGE list of casinos that screw over players all the time. Before depositing at any casino, you need to research it. It is very easy for casinos to screw over players, so, even with good research, there is always a chance you'll get screwed over. Just remember, even the most reliable casino could be sold/get new management anytime, and the new people just might not care about maintaining a great rep for the site. |

Re: Palace of Chance dishonesty
I am a long time depositer with POC. I have experienced some frustration with their lack of customer service. Just this past week, I turned $250 into $2500 and met all playthrough requirements. I cashed out and expected the withdrawal to be approved and paid within a few days. I got the same excuse about the accounting guy being sick in the hospital. I waited an additional couple days and still no payout. Finally, I got the host (Andre) to pay me. Initially he said, I'd have to wait, but when I pushed it, I got paid.
I think I'm through with POC. I've won a decent amount of money from them playing multi hand video poker, but every withdrawal is stressful and takes way longer than the advertised 48 hours. |
