CO probably got you with a set, he's really getting a great deal here to call with most decent hands as his implied odds against the two blinds are HUGE.
As we're not playing for set value here, unless SB spews I think repopping here is great. There's enough money in the pot to make it a good score for KK, and you don't want to let CO play perfect poker |

I prefer putting in the 3rd raise with KK and AA pretty much every single time. I'd make a big raise PF that pot commits anyone who decides to call.

You allowed CO to play perfect poker here (in theory). I would 3 bet HUGE here. CO's range is pretty wide here and he probably hit this board hard due to his PF flat call. I expect to be drawing to two outs or more here.
