Default Any Chumash Casino Players on 2+2?? So-Cal

I would be interested if anyone from the Chumash Casino near Santa Barbara, CA plays here, and what you think of the games at the chumash?? Also what games do you find are the most profitable games there.

Supposedly Jeff Madsen used to play every week at our casino, but has never been back since he won.

I've made the trip there from L.A. before but only because I am underage. Its got bad players as usual, but not too many tables. No alcohol there, ok food service. I've only played 2/4 and 3/6.

I'm underaged as well which is the only reason I play there. I would like to hear from people who play commerce and others alot, how the chumash NL games compare to them.

I'll play there if people will help me start a 15/30 or 20/40 game.

Madsen used to play frequently. I played with him a number of times in the 2-5 200max game.

Basically, Chumash is an okay room. Auto shufflers, decent dealers, comfortable chairs.

I have a few complaints:
-often gets very smoky
-no willingness to spread anything higher than 4/8 limit. (This game in fact runs rarely)
-did i mention the smoke?

Do you play there often? I play almost every sunday morning tournament now...I was hoping to find out if and 2p2'ers know if the 2/5nl 200max game if very profitable for a good player. I am about half way to the bankroll that I think I should need to play the game regularly right now.

I was there for my first time last night actually. I plan to become a weekend regular there. I played at the $50 but unfortunately am down $100.

I was there until 4:30am in the morning, and I was watching one the 200max 2/5nl games. I was watching chip leader who would limp in or even raise with any King-rag offsuit. Their flop plays are based on top pair, ignoring kicker, or gutshot or flush draws.

LOL the $50NL is retarded there, and the rake makes it impossible to win in the long run, which is why im only playing the sunday morning tournies and am saving up for the $200max NL
