no reads to speak of - table is weak tight, with one 2+2er who is not in the hand. Write it off, and check it down?

I think I would check. If you bet and get reraised you gotta lay it down. If he doesn't have the straight he probably won't call a large bet and if you bet less he might try to bluff you.
You could bet more on flop but with no big draws and only one more person to act I probably would have bet the same.

I'd raise flop, but that might be a bit loose for FR.
