just downloaded pokerstars and full tilt software today but neither will connect with network.....on pokerstars just a bar at the bottom but no connection....on full tilt shuffling cards at bottom and tries to connect then message sorry can't connect....any help would be apreciated...thank you

Check your firewall and anti-virus settings to make sure you're allowing the software to access the web.
