Default Beat: My gameplan suxorz

Im a pretty low stakes player (usually around $150 in my account). Like a moron i quit playing ring games all together to focus on tourneys about a year ago. I used to play .05/.10NL not to make money, but more for entertainment value. I did pretty well as far as that game goes. Since turning my attention to tourneys, my bankroll has been a rollercoaster. Ive had my bankroll over $1500 and a few day later its been under $100. Ive been playing SNG's and MTT's. Usually not playing anything over a $30 buyin when the roll is good and all $5 when its bad. Am i hanging myself figuratively by focusing on tourneys. Or do i just have poor bankroll management. Maybe im just a donkey who thinks he's half decent. Ive made alot of final tables and also went busto many times in the first hour. Any thoughts?

Probably cash, but i dont think i'll have enough respect for a .50/1 game to build my BR so i could move up. I guess i should just get it through my head that its probably the best way and accept that i would learn from it also. I would love to play the 5/10 NL game and would probably do ok at it. I have a few friends that play that game and spec it often. Ive never been one to ask for money to play poker with and dont really feel like risking the little that i do have so this seems like my only out.

Play 0.05/0.10 until you have enough money to move up. I don't know why you are thinking about playing 5/10.
