raise more preflop. the pot is $0.85 and you raise it 0.75 to $1? Who cares if you are in the BB? Raise to $2 minimum and bet more on the flop. In this situation if CO goes allin I don't mind calling paying off short stack's set because I didn't give him odds to draw it out. Most likely MP won't be in the hand if you raised properly preflop- he posted and basically had no reason to fold much of anything to your small preflop raise. But if he is in and raises your hefty flop bet (your bet would be much larger because the pot will be much larger) then you have a decision.

But as played, you allowed the short stack implied odds for his set. I fold here and chalk it up to preflop a mistake.

I'd raise more pf and bet more on the flop.

I'm not too worried about the MP raise, but I think CO has us beat here. If we were just against the CO I'd call his all-in since he's so shortstacked. Here I'd probably fold, but calling or raising and playing a pot with MP might be good alternatives as well.
