Re: flopped top set, turn puke card
55/20/.4, Bet 28 and if raised fold.
I think c/f is too weak here |

Re: flopped top set, turn puke card
If he hit a flush here, I'm losing a good amount of my stack (if not all of it) this hand. Especially considering the A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] is out.
I'd bet big; something like $33. Let him know you're not messing around. |

Re: flopped top set, turn puke card
Bet $30. If raised look at the math for filling up and decide then.
And bet $15+ on the flop. That's a very weak CB. |

Re: flopped top set, turn puke card
Why does he have to bet 15 on the flop? like that would tell you much more? villian still would make the call with a FD. Nothing wrong with the flopbet imo, you can bet around 10-20 and they would all be okey in some way (thinking about what kind of strength you are giving away with a bigger/smaller bet).

Re: flopped top set, turn puke card
you guys are [censored] retarded. He bet 2/3 the pot, which is around a standard cbet. betting the pot is fine as well, but hes not "wrong" here for betting 11.50.
im a little puzzled here on the turn, but im kinda inclined to c/c and lead the river. |

Re: flopped top set, turn puke card
I like the flop bet. In a hand like this, when you are strong, you are okay with the drawing hands calling. This is not a place where you want to price everyone out. Also by betting two-thirds the pot, when a scare card comes out on the turn, you can bet less. You're 2/3 the pot bet would be about $25 on the turn. If you were making pot size bets, your turn bet would be about $50.
I would bet $25 on the turn, and re-evaluate based on opponents actions. |

Re: flopped top set, turn puke card
Bet the damn turn. The flush is not that large a part of his range but an ace might well be. I would bet $25-$30 players this passive may well only mini-raise with the flush anyway giving you great odds to fill up.

Re: flopped top set, turn puke card
If anything I'd puke when the A hit because it will kill my action. I'm not worried about him having me beat in this spot. I'd bet again and let him do what he does best, call.
