But you didn't really share anything, except a dubious link and an inflammatory thread title. Which is why I asked if you were that other poster.

Politicians, being human, almost always care more about their own careers than the welfare of their people. Why would anyone not expect them to?

What exactly is 'dubious' about this link?

The link title is descriptive of the video, is it not?

We have a laughs or links forum. This is a discussion forum, and he didn't discuss anything.

Bluff....

With all respect, methinks you're stretching it a bit.

If you want discussion, let's discuss what Olberman had to say.

I'm not stretching at all. He made a thread with an inflammatory title, and posted a link. When he should have given a synopsis and this thoughts on it. It's just that simple. And I would say the same to a conservative poster making a one-liner w/link thread about the dems too.

I beg to disagree.

He posted a link to a video that takes a very clear position. The political tone of that position is irrelevant to this discussion.

It is the position expressed in that link that should be the subject of discussion here, not the title of the thread.

You & I can get caught up on the semantics of philosphy regarding this, but I will not go there after this post.

Do you care to discuss the content of the video or not?
