5/10 Live, low content stupid hand
I'm a drunk early 20s guy, being loud, talking to some friends next to the poker table how I just won 1k at the horse races, and Im going to own this 5/10 table when I finally get on. Everyone seems semi-serious, but are having a laugh at the fact Im going to join. One guy I've noticed is a wannabe grinding pro, thinks hes better than everyone and probably lurks this board and considers that enough to be considered a high stakes prrroo. He's eyeing me off with his arrogence. The rest are just old guys who explain they cant wait till I sit down.
A seat then comes, I explain to my friends how I put everyone under a lot of pressure, and they always buckle (in other words, being a clown). After the first hand, they were going to go play bj anyway, and I'd return to quiet, solid, annoying with cards not words Arturius. I post in the CO, and notice my hole cards are AA. I keep it cool. UTG1 raises (the wannabe pro), 2 cold callers, and I decide to push for 1.5k after studying everyones face. Questions: 1) Am I an ass? 2) Is this an +ev play? 3) Should I show if not called? |
