Strikeout Props Bah

Robertson vs. Wang for game 1 of ALCS. This is a first inning strikeout prop so it's pretty simple to run numbers for. I'm also unsure of the exact starting line-up for the Tigers, so someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Wang is striking people out at 3.13K/9 while Robertson is around 2x that clip with 5.9K/9.

Yankees line up of Damon, Jeter, Abreu, A-Rod strike out at following %s.

Detroit line-up of Granderson, Planco, Pudge, Magglio strike out at

Granderson strikes out at an amazing rate, but Wangs strikes people out at an amazingly low rate. Abreu also is striking out much higer than before since he joined the Yankees.

I think this has a huge edge and expect it to push fairly often.

Greek has Detroit at -110 for this ATM. I see value upto ~-150 or so.

definetly a good bet here against ching ming, he doesnt have the strikeout stuff. wish i had bucks on the greek

Ugh... A-Rod dropped to 6th in the order with Shef taking the 4th spot.

WTF?

Sheff K's at less than half the rate of A-rod... But meh. Damon will chase one and Wang is getting all ground balls... Who cares.
