Default Your Online Poker Bankroll

For US poker players, since the anti gaming bill has passed, when will you withdraw your online poker bankroll?

What concerns me is not that people cant legally cash out. Its that a poker site will only keep so much working capital (cash) on its balance sheet. If everyone panics (as a lot will) and withdraw, the rest of us are screwed.

This shouldn't be a problem on sites with segregated player accounts (like Stars - not sure which others), and those associated legal European sportsbooks (i.e. Bet Holdem with is a subsidiary of Bet WWTS - which is huge) as poker revenue is a small part of their income.

American sportsbettors are just as likely to be unnecessarily panicky about their funds too, right?

Some of those big-time bettors keep some pretty large figures online.

last nite I withdrew from all sites.. PokerStars, Tribeca, Crypto and FullTilt already hit Neteller today.

I just cancelled cashouts from OnGame(PokesPoker), Paradise, iPoker(Noble Poker).
I have way too much money online right now $52K..just did some fundamental analysis..all I really need is 10 buy-ins for $200 NLHE6/5MAx on 8 sites so thats only $16K. I did not cancel 3 Neteller cashouts I made to my bank account.

I panicked a bit but over next week I'm taking my online exposure down about 65%. There is no reason I should have so much capital online considering I only play $200 and $400 NL.

Until I get a better feel for things I'm only going to keep enough capital online to allow me to continue to grind it out.

I've been sick and not playing much poker lately, but it only took a quick glance at the topics list to see that that bill passed.

Because I don't have the time or energy to understand it all right now, I just withdrew 75% of my money to Neteller and will move it out of there once it clears. This may or may not have been necessary, but I'm not going to be able to pay much attention to poker over the next few weeks and would rather not worry about the money.
