Why Pokerstars Customer Service is second to none!
So in the beginning of June, I place an order using my FPPs for the 20' Samsung Monitor.
I recieve the package around mid-late July. Open it, monitor is the [censored]. I wake up last Friday and turn on my monitor, there is a black line across the middle of the screen. Doesn't make the monitor useless, but its extremely annoying none the less. I contact Samsung, if it is within 90 days, they will replace the monitor free of charge. (I wasn't aware of when exactly I place the order for the monitor, but I knew it would be close) I'm calling back Samsung tomorrow and I'm fairly sure they won't be eating the loss on this one. Note: I'm furious at anyone involved in the transaction since I haven't even had the monitor 90 days (in my posession) and it already takes a sh*t. I e-mail Stars and god bless them, if Samsung won't fix the problem, Stars will. Is there anything this customer service team can't do??? |
